American Imperial Nu Cut is a “cut above” traditional antique pressed glass because it looks like cut glass, even though it is pressed. It sparkles & radiates light similar to cut glass. The “Nu Cut” mark was removed from all it’s glass molds in 1932. This antique 1920’s estate bowl has the Nu Cut mark in the center.

THIS IS A ANTIQUE ESTATE 1920’s AMERICAN BRILLIANT IMPERIAL NU CUT PRESSED GLASS LOW OVAL BOWL (sometimes called a celery/pickle dish). IT IS SPARKLING HEAVY  CUT  GLASS WITH BEAUTIFUL DEEP CUT HOB STAR, DIAMOND & FAN DESIGNS ON THE SIDES (see photo #4) & A SAW TOOTH SCALLOPED TOP RIM (see photo #2). THE BOWL MEASURES 8 1/2″ LONG, 4″ WIDE & 1 3/4″ DEEP. THIS PIECE HAS THE “NU CUT” COMPANY MARK IN THE CENTER OF THE BOWL (see photo #3). THIS IS A LOVELY BOWL FOR HOLDING CANDY, NUTS, CRACKERS, OR RELISH & MAKES A VERY PRETTY DISPLAY PIECE WHEN NOT IN USE ON THE TABLE.
